Delivery Time
We aim to process and ship most orders within 1-4 business days. Most products ship directly from our warehouse, but delivery times may vary for items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Call Before Delivery
For residential deliveries, a "Call Before Delivery" is required. It is also recommended for businesses with irregular hours, as deliveries occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
If a delivery cannot be completed because "Call Before Delivery" was not selected at checkout, we may charge a redelivery fee to attempt the delivery again. In these cases, we will contact you by email or phone about the fee and charge the card on file if needed.
Warehouse Pickups
To arrange a suitable pick-up day and time for your order from our warehouse, please call or email us.
Damaged or Missing Items
Upon receipt of your delivery if any item is missing or packaging is damaged, or you have any concerns about possible damage, you must take photos of the damaged items and packaging, note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing, Keep your copy of the delivery receipt, Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection and contact us immediately.
Returns
In general, regularly stocked products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, as long as the product is in its original packaging, unused and not damaged in any way. However, we are unable to accept returns for consumable products to ensure quality and freshness.
Not all special order or direct-from-manufacturer products can be returned. Additionally, returns paid for by credit card or check will be refunded in cash, rather than a refund to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges and a restocking fee (20% for commercial orders, 30% for residential orders) will be deducted from your refund for orders shipped directly from manufacturer and for special order products. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
